[Icecrown] Weather effects doesn't work?

Hello guys,

I have all options maxed out in my WoW client (as on screenshot provided). However, I don't have any weather effects.

Is weather working on Icecrown server?

There's weather change in the game? I don't know, i never noticed that. Maybe it's because I'm using new wow client with wod models.
