Two factor autentification not working?!?

About 2 hrs ago tfa just stoped working for me... On two acaunts i try to log on but it wont send me autentification e-mail... Anyone else with same problem?

i dunno if its normal but my email address had . in it and on the account info page there is no . so i changed to a new email address with 2x .. and neither of them are showing up when ive changed the email, could it be something to do with this?
