WotLK Deleting and recreating a char with the same name

I deleted two characters and even tho in the armory those names are not present in Lordaeron , I cannot create them anymore.
Is there a waiting time to be able to make them again or those names cannot be used anymore?

Yes the waiting time is 30 days, it has someting to do wit the char restoration timer i think, as well as i dont think you can make it faster.
