Help with xperl - how do i remove target buff timers

as shown here, how do i get the inner fire timer to not exist anymore. i cant seem to find anything in the options that disables that. even disabling target buffs doesn't seem to make it go away.
Edit: It seems to only exist when im targeting myself. I still cant figure out how to get rid of it though
