Technical Problem with the game

Hey guys. Me and my friends been playing for almost 2 years on the server. We dont have good pc's so we were playing in an internet cafe. Recently we tried to login and we were greeted by this error https://prnt.sc/lv6e5p
I tried to redownload the game nothing, i tried to download it with the old graphics nothing, turning off every firewall value nothing,open it with read only and windows xp did nothing. I would really appreciate any help, i have even tried to talk to the managers but they were clueless. I dont know if i got the picture in the post correct if not ill try to relink it. Thank you for you time.

Yes, i have the same problem at the moment. I Can't login for no obvious reason, i've checked everything i could , cache folders , firewalls etc. "Login Server Down"...and there has been no warnings about servers being put down recently...
