Technical Lost Account Help

So I'm a returning player and I definitely do not use the email associated with my account. It would be wonderful to get my names and characters and hard effort back. I know the account name and old password but the password reset and emailed to the old one when I tried to log in for the first time in years.
Side note, if I have to email the support team with as much info as possible, what info does that exactly include? Please help!
