WotLK "return" button on mail box

Hi,

i use return button on my mail box on an item from shop...what can i do? can i have my points back?

The item might get automatically returned to you in 1 hour. If it doesn't, you can't get the item or points back. There is no support for items bought with points.

Ok so if u buy an item for the wrong character we can do nothing?

If you bought it with points, there is nothing that can be done. Only items bought with coins can be refunded.
