[Ban Appeal] Invalid- Ban : Banned for no reason

I had many lvl 80 characters and I worked very hard to earn emblems for gear and even farmed achievment points so I could get my account to reap the daily login rewards.

Then out of the blue my account was disconnected, I login to warmane website to see my account has been terminated due to advertising.

Here is the funny part, I never advertised..... I never once posted a URL or website link in chat or mail. Nore did I ever spam in the public chat channels.


So how is it that my account is banned/terminated for advertising when I infact never posted a single URL/WEBSITE link in chat ????


I have made a support ticket on the ban appeal which has been open for 4 days now without a reply.
