It's possible that the numbers aren't quite right, it's also possible that donators went past your queue spot on to the server. If you don't like to wait in queue there are three options:
1. Donate
2. Don't play on peak times
3. Lordaeron

donors are logging in and making the que take longer. you could theoretically sit at position 1 all day and not get in if enough donors log in to offset the players logging out.
