Cannot recover old account

Soo i tried to recover my old account , but since its not registered with Gmail.com and i used another website for it , warmane recovery system doesnt send me the recovery link and mail ... is there is chance for me to get the account back , i can show an old e-mail from Warmane that gave me the authentification code for logging on the same account i cannot retrieve. I can Give My IP Adress and In game Name of the main character , also the currect email the account is registered at.
