The bomb them again ach needed to get merrymaker seems to be bugged, or im doing something wrong.

Into the soulgrinder seems to be bugged, the quest the mob at the end doesnt spawn so that he can be killed to collect his item.

You are doing something wrong. Every achievement(and quest) for the "Merrymaker" works.
If you are having troubles, the best thing is to find a youtube video, and just follow a guide.
