I want to switch from a transmutation master to a elixir master. How do I do it? Where do I have to change it?

Go to the NPC that taught you the Transmutation Mastery, Zarehvi at Stormspire in Netherstorm. Pay him 150g.
Go to the NPC that teaches Elixir Mastery, Lorokeem at Lower City in Shattrath and learn it from him.

I am an elixir master and I personally got procs when I do 20 and the procs are x4 (ONCE X6) and that's 2-3 max. So at 40 you get 45-50? like MAX IF YOU ARE LUCKY . Good luck.

On average it's bonus 15%, that's my observation.

So you make 100 casts of flask, you'll get around 230 flasks.
