Technical Rogue from Cata server not transferring

I have contacted the devs about my rogue not transferring from cata. In-return they told me they were working on it, reset the transfer, I tried again and that did not work. Then they told me again they were working on it, shortly after they closed the ticket.

I am submitting a ticket again. Hopefully this will go through. Anyone have any suggestion?
