    I returned the item that I bought by points.

    I returned that item because I chose the wrong character and I thought if I returned it I would choose it again but points and item are gone so please help me.

    There is no support for items bought with points. The mail might get automatically sent back to you soon but you can't get it on another character and you can't get the points back.
