discount question

On one account i had 17 coins with a discount item cost was16.1 coins, after i bought it, i still have 1 coin.
So question is if i get 16 coins on my other account with a discount, can i buy an item that costs 16.1 with 16 coins or must i have 17?

I'd say you'll need 17, because I doubt they'd let somebody buy an item worth 16.1 with 16 coins. Leaving you again with 1 coin.
