Lost accs

Hello

I had some pause playing wow and I got back here a week or so ago.
The problem is I cant log in to my previous accounts, where I had several chars geared and 90lvl.
I forgot my email which I used for back up, and unfortunately it doesnt say what email is account activation sent to(i think I checked every email i got). I thougth that accs were deleted due to that I have not been playing for a while.
But in armory i can find all my chars.

I got folders with chars data in my wow folder and I remember both account names, unfortunately I cant remember my password and email. Can you please help me somehow?
