Technical Cant download from the link

Hi

Ive tried to download from the links, but none of them are working. I do not have a bittorrent atm, and i was hoping to get past that and just download it directly from the site.
Can anyone help with this? Have you experienced it yourself? Is it because I have something that is blocking it?

I just pick the one i want (wotlk) and choose windows, then press download, but nothing happens.

You can't download it directly from the site. Download button uses magnet links that have to be opened with a torrent client.
