Realms 3v3 requirement for T10 shoulders

Please remove the 3v3 requirement from at least 264ilvl T10 shoulders or add 251ilvl ones on Blackrock. I'm playing prot war and they must have 2 pieces of T10 (shoulders and gloves) so I'm foreced to buy prot head or chest or legs, loose a lot of stats and arena points at the time locks or ele shamans can just take wintergrasp shoulders for free, arms wars, paladins or dk and other arena carriers don't loose much between A7 and A8 shoulders. Can't really think another class and spec which is hit as hard as prot wars with this restriction. (Sry for my english)
