    Banned for advertising. VPN issue?

    Hi my account says I got IP banned for advertising. I was using a VPN while I was playing so I think that might have been the problem. I've turned it off but my account is still banned. Can a GM please help me? Surely there's a way you can look and see that I've just been farming gear and honor. ._.
