Only ilvl really matter. Haste and crit are so close in value your playstyle (movement) has more impact on your DPS than T10/Fester choice.

I agree with what Blue said with the slight difference that I like to run 5 t10 pieces because I find chaining eclipses most beneficial. Anyway best way to increase your damage output is to practice, pay attention to the encounter and find ways you can be most efficient.
