WotLK Problems after activate 2 way autthenticater

Yo dudes,
I build the 2 way aut yesterday and wanted to log in now but the connection to server breaks up everytime in the short period i need to go on desktop collect the code and reopen the WoW tab.
I dont want to deactivate it because it still needs 2 days before i can use my coins.
Any Ideas?

You can disable ingame authentication and leave website authentication on. You will still be able to use your coins after 2 days that way.

btw the problem with connecting is a sepperate issue which a lot of peope have right now

It's a separate issue but it's also handled by logon server so it might be related.
