WotLK Am I allowed to make a new account?

I recently got an IP ban due to using a VPN. I understand it can take a bit since the GMs are busy. While I wait for it to be resolved, am I allowed to create a new account? My husband works strange shifts. He's off tomorrow and we really want to play together but I don't want to do anything that might make matters worse. Thanks!

In ban reason there should be an IP address. If that's the IP address of that VPN and not your IP address, you should be able to make a new account and play on it, as long as you don't try to log in game through a VPN.
