Technical What happened whit my account?

I played here about 3~4 (when its called Molten WoW) years ago,
I donated many times on my account and get full geared, now where is my account?
What happen on it? How i can get it back (At last my donations)?
Why i dont get an email warning about the account closure (since I spent some money on it)?
In my search about forum i found many information about the account recovery, but, how i can recovery it since i cant login or just know about closure?
