Technical Activity rank

[Malfunction]

Hey, my activity rank was changed from ambassador (1-1.1 points) to agent (0.5 points). Why is that?

Edit: also when i try to collect my points it says "you do not have any points to collect"

Have you gotten banned? Cause that takes away 0.5 afaik
Also, if you've sold some character you've lost it's achievements I guess
