You'll be able to equip it. In 2.4.3 it has no requirement (JC is only needed to craft it, the equip requirement was was added in a later expansion).

You don't need to keep the professions for or any item the does not specifically state it requires the profession to use it. This goes for ring enchants as well... I leveled up enchanting on my old rogue and got my ring enchants, dropped that and leveled JC and crafted a ton of JC only epic gems and then dropped that and did Engi/LW. This enabled me to max my stats and still have my raid professions. Small stat bump but I was almost BiS so had no other way to really make gains.Edited: January 16, 2019 Reason: My first post was worded poorly haha

im a JC and im looking right now in game at my trinket list that i can craft they all say binds when picked up and that includes the Figurine - Nightseye Panther. that means who ever makes the trinket it binds to correct?= jc only the ring enchant is a bug that was fixed in wrath so all TBC servers have it.

Hey man :). The question is IF we are lazy than can we just buy that from the store and equip it since we didnt see any JC SKILL req to equip it :). So i go to the store buy it and equip or cant i do that? Ofc its soulbound after crafting but this way the system crafts it to my bag meanwhile i have lw/skinning. So how is that exactly? :)

It sound pretty OP for a ROG/feral btw we went to alliance too to have the opener benefit as a human rog and we dont have the chance to play PvE in the near future (However we plan to). I did some theorycraft and i think its better than Hourglass or Bloodlust Brooch for us :). +1 Stealth level, equip AP and use AP sounds nice :).

You're correct that its BOP. However, it has no requirement to equip it. Therefore you do not need jewel crafting to use the item, just to craft it. Because of that, you can purchase and equip the trinket from the store WITHOUT jewel crafting as a profession.
The only time you need the profession to equip an item is if it explicitly states it. Such as leather working (http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=34369) or blacksmithing (http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=34377). Who's items clearly state you need 350 profession to equip them.
Outside of the craft requirement http://tbc.cavernoftime.com/item=24128has has no equip requirement. You're good to go, I promise.Edited: January 17, 2019 Reason: Believe me :D source - I've only played TBC and only as Rogue for the last 7-8 years. I know the qwerks of TBC & Rogues.
