Website [donation[ Option to Instant level 70 instead of 80

Is there an option to do instant level 70 with a donation, instead of instant level 80?
I've never played the wotlk content and would like to, leveling included, but skipping classic and tbc.

there's only instant max level. instant 70 was suggested in the past and denied for reasons i can't remember.
