Experience and Twinks

So i'm planning on making a level 19 twink soon, but I was wondering how to deal with the x7 experience gain, since it would be hard to get boosted in dungeons for the right gear without just going over level 20 surely? Is there a way to remove the experience gained?

You can turn off experience gains once you hit 19

To add more to the topic in case you are still planning to do it, there's an NPC in both Orgrimmar and Stormwind that disables the experience gained. It's free to disable the experience but if you want to enable it again you'll have to pay 10 Gold pieces.

Both can be found in the same type of location, where BG's and arena battlemasters are. Turn on plates (ctrl+v by default) because both of them are like "invisible" and they may be hard to see at first glance. Hope I helped you buddy.
