[ANSWERED]'Sale Pending" mailbox bug and loss of gold

Hi all,

About half the time after I sell something on the AH, I'll click on the inbox icon to receive my gold, the icon will turn grey, and the message will say "sale pending. Amount not yet delivered. Estimated delivery time: 12 AM." I think I'm losing gold from sales the bugged out, any advice?
