No ICC Ring Possible?

Hey guys,

I bought a character over the Marketplace recently, that had the ICC Ring and Rep ( only friendly, but still ), and the char was bought naked.
Now, when I want to go to ICC, there is no option to get the quest again. Normally it says something like? " Do you want to change your mind " etc, but the normal quest guy does nothing to me.

I also tried to kill mobs in ICC to push rep to maybe reset things, but nothing works.

Anybody had this problem before? Or can a GM help me please?

You have to open ticket in game with all this information.
