None of the players can really do anything about this for you, and normal every day users such as yourself are the ones who reply in this forum the most, though I do apologize it's taken you a while to get any sort of reply.
You have a few options here.
First and foremost, I would recommend emailing the staff directly at " [email protected] "
For deletion of your forum account, I would recommend reaching out to a forum moderator directly. More information can be found here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=301141
For deletion of your in-game server account, I would recommend reaching out to an in-game moderator directly. More information can be found here: http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=65037
This being said, I'm honestly not sure that either group has the ability to delete your account completely, though this would be a great way to reach out to them directly (via Private Messaging).
Finally, you may find the "Ask the Staff" forum here: http://forum.warmane.com/forumdisplay.php?f=288 This area should allow you to get a direct respond out of a moderator faster than you could anywhere else here.
I do have to say, however, that the security breach you speak of was carried out sometime back, and things have been resolved since then. If for any reason you wish to continue playing, you can always change your password and enable two-factor authentication on your account (both for the forum as well as in-game), via the "My Account" link on the main website, then by going to "Security" and "Settings", though I'm honestly not trying to persuade you. I completely understand wanting to delete everything, especially if you no longer play and/or post here, anyway. Just wanted to point you in the right direction, though fingers crossed a moderator comes upon this topic and helps you out soon!
