Yea I know, I use razorice main hand on my PVE set. It is so small extra dps that even isnt worth mentioning. About 1.5 wep. i was referring to guide that mentions 1.50 weapon for fast cinderglacier procs. Also HB makes sense only if you use runes just for it, which I personally don't prefer.
