Addon to move my default blizz debuffs
Hi I've been searching everywhere for an addon that allow me to move & resize my standard debuffs to another position on my UI. I know I had an addon on tbc that could do it, just cant seem to recall its name.
I'd appreciate any guidance/assistance in finding this addon.
Also I have Moveanything and it doesn't allow one to move their debuffs, only buffs.

MoveAnything lets you move anything from your default UI.

Here's what I found to be the best - not sure if it does icons though
https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/elkbuffbars/files
type /ebb config in game, then enable the anchors, then you can config the bars.

Still needing help?
Debuffs can be found under "Player", where as the buffs can be found under "Miscellaneous".
