Last night I logged off with my fishing pole equipped and I still had my polearm in the bag. I logged on right now and I don't have the polearm in my bag and the fishing pole was un-equipped on the place where Shivering Felspine was, so now I lost my weapon, please check the logs because i'm sure I didn't delete it. Can you somehow bring it back please?
Also, I couldn't get the TICKET because I only have a ban appeal option and I have a missing item.

Unfortunately only items bought with coins can be reclaimed if lost. Were your bags full when changing equipment? Normally the server mails back anything lost that way.

I didn't see the mail still and my bags were almost empty. It just replaced the polearm with the fishing pole, so I guess I'm screwed right now. Thanks anyway.
