Will they ever add the 7x exp multiplier to this server?

I've been enjoying leveling on icecrown but I can never get on due to the queue being so high all the time. So i'm curious as to whether warmane will be adding the multiplier to this server at any point or maybe adding an option which can let you enable or disable it.

Most likely never. Changes may be considered in the event that new realms are released to cater to the audience this realm currently caters to. However, as for now, it is a clear 'no'.

Any chance this server gets anything "new". I mean i enjoy it 100% but it's pretty stale for years. Is a possibility of server reset in the future?

We've never done "resets." It affects too many people when you can have the same effect on a personal level by starting a new character, without imposing that on everyone else who isn't interested in starting over.
