WotLK buying a weapon from store query

ive got a brand new level 80 and i was going to buy a weapon from the store for him, was looking at the pvp staff for my feral druid, My question is can i purchase a staff that would normally need an arena rank or arena tokens to buy, if ive never been in the arena?

Arena rating is only required to buy it in game. You can equip it without having arena rating. So you won't have any problems if you buy it from store.

Thanks for the quick response, i just didnt want to spend like 23 points on something that i couldnt equip, better to ask now than be stuck later :)
