Excuse me, but do you imply that having to wait until the last second to join and being forced to defend the main gates in the first 2 minutes without any walls destroyed is NOT fun for you!?
What's next, are you going to claim that 3 hour AV/IoC battles where you playfully try to get around them to get to the main boss is not fun either!?
All of my what?
If you like that then you should have given Lordaeron a try, wintergrasp there is like that, or almost like it since horde has a couple mbx now but they aren't anything alliance can't beat, I think it won't be long till they give up playing again. Wintergrasp on Lorderon is the best fight in warmane
Spoiler:Show
I love this kind of advices - life suddenly becomes so simple.
"Just kill everything you meet in arenas and reach 2.5k rating man, it's not so hard."
"Just kill halion on 25hc without dying, it's so easy."
"You're playing chess against Magnus Carlsen? Then just do a checkmate to him and that's it, he can't do anything after that."
If MBX knows what he's doing, killing his main char won't do anything.
Well usually all you can do is to throw ur corpse at him :D
Yeah but, you understand... multiboxing is blizzlike and warmane attaches a very strong importance to blizzlikeness *cough* transmogrification tokens *cough*
mm i wonder, how should you know xD
and thats the only non-blizzlike thing that comes to your mind? tbh transmogrification is probably second best thing warmane did. (merging wotlk servers was 1st).
all the jamba does is cosmetic stuff kind of. being leader of a raid group does not make you a head of a snake.
FTL doesint really come from jamba anyway.
You check the box that says "When Master Changes Promote Master To Party Leader" and then you hot key a push that changes masters. Here is a cut and paste of a bunch of the stuff it does.
Jamba - An Awesome Multi-Boxer's Assistant.
== FAQ and HOWTO: ==
== General Information ==
Jamba is an addon for multi-boxers. It has the following features.
Team
Add all your characters into Jamba and designate a character as the master character.
Commands available to switch master characters on the fly; change master based on the characters current Focus.
Display health or experience bars of Jamba team members even when they are not in the same party.
Party
Create a complete party from among all your characters with just a few clicks.
Automatically set loot methods when creating a party free for all, master looter for master and opt out of loot for slaves.
Automatically promote the Jamba master character to be the party leader.
Quests
Quest selection, accepting, abandoning, completion and watching on one character are mirrored by your other characters.
Automatically accept quests and escort quests. Automatically complete quests with no choice of rewards.
Follow
Displays follow status (following / not following) on a small screen.
Option to automatically follow after combat.
Ability to warn master character in a variety of ways if a slave stops following.
Commands available to strobe the follow command every second (great for boxing melee characters where combat breaks follow).
Talk
Whispers to slave characters can be forward to the master character as well as master replies.
Can direct replies from slaves to a particular character from the master character (/w myslave @myslavetarget hello there).
Can forward guild chat from one character to another.
UI Errors and UI Information from slave characters can be forward to master character.
Taxi
Slave characters automatically take the same flight as the master character.
Merchant
Automatically sell grey items and sell other specified items.
Automatically purchase items from merchants.
Automatically repair at a merchant (optionally using guild funds).
Character
Automatically deny duels, deny guild invitations, and accept resurrection requests.
Automatically accept summon requests.
Warn the master character when health and mana fall below a certain percentage.
Target
Provides a targeting system, using raid icons (moon, skull, cross, etc) allow mobs to be marked and their health to be watched.
Marking a mob creates a /targetexact mobname macro on each character; allowing for quick target change using keypresses. Macros can be edited to crowd control.
Misc
Configure Jamba options for all characters from just one character.
Messages to master character can be sent to various places (guild, guild officer, private channel, default chat, etc).
Imo the game is better of with Multiboxers then without.
I actually played warmane before WG was overrun with Mboxers, the alliance controlled WG 95% of the time, maybe if you got lucky as horde once in the night you won, but otherwise alliance won every single time. It wasnt even a challenge either.
Ill take a 30/70 win ratio vs mboxers vs 100/0 any day of the week, and it allows the horde to participate too. (im a ally player)
Mboxers are also fairly easy to counter if you have a somewhat decent group (well, normal ones, cant really do much vs bombs on maingate). Just stack vehicles up and move as a group, iirc after 6-8 you oneshot the whole MBoxer group in one volley. But even 4-5 can beat them if you distract them a bit or get a bit of AOE cc going on, the damage is unhealable for them.
What is the point of winning massive multiboxer, they are playing completely different game. Wintergrasps only for VoA and buff for dungeons for PvE players. Nothing in common with battlegrounds gameplay and PvP. We are supporting massive multiboxers if we interact with them. Heck, even i don't leave every massive multibox bg's.
