So i havent ever done the quest...and am not eligible to receive it? How do i fix this does anyone know?

All "x must die!" quests that award 5 eofs are weekly quests that you can do once a week. It resets on Fridays, prolly 6 AM st.

Do you have any other weekly quest already in your Quest Log? If you do, you’ll going to get that message.
