Icicle Addon Problem

Hello everyone .. im using icicle for enemy cd tracking and i rly like this addon cuz its the only one that shows enemy cds on nameplates (at least its the only one that i know for 3.3.5) ,but the problem is the addon is not working all the time .. crashes a lot and the only way to fix it is to relog which is annoying ( /reload doesnt work too) .. so my question is can you guys either help me fix this or give me another good enemy cd tracker for nameplates .. Also the sound alerted do the same and doesnt work all the time .. ty :)
