WotLK Why does the que hold me at 50?

Sit in que for 3 hours.. number drops regular until I hit number 50 in line.. then it stays at 50

just wondering if this is design or what?

almost feels like its a tactic to get donations..

It's becasue when a premium memebr logs in, the quee goees up by 1 for you. So now you have to wait for 2 people to log off before the number goes downj.
