    Character does not exist when coin gifting

    Hi all,
    I bought coins to transfert to a friend character (he has issue when he wants to buy coins) but when I go in "services" to give him coin I have this message for his 2 characters "The character you are trying to send a gift to does not exist.".
    Could you please help us ?
