World server down issue kind of often?

Hello, for the last 1 month I've been getting world server down atleast once or twice every other day.. what's going on and what does that mean? Is warmane under attack or something? Thanks.

I am getting world server is down as well. It happens from time to time. I just keep trying to log in and it works after a little bit.
