Cant sell a char on outland

Hey i am new on warmane. I leveled a Shaman and Paladin to 70. Now i wanna trade my shaman and buy a druid. But i cant sell my shaman. It says: You are not eligible to sell characters in the trading system.

What should i do?

level a druid and gear it like a normal person.
