WotLK Faction change unavailable!!!

So all my friends are progressing really well in their raids and guild on horde side and invited me over, the problem is i have just donated 30 coins so I could join them and now it says that faction change is not available for alliance....so what now???

for thread title you picked "Wotlk"; I guess you meant TBC, right? There is nothing you can do in that case
