    Call of Water bug

    I'm playing a shaman working on the quest Call of Water and I'm at the part where I have to "summon" and face Tel'athion. I can get him to spawn and kill him easily but his corpse refuses to drop any items so, I'm having trouble getting his head. Is this an issue other people have had? Is there something I should be doing that I'm not? Thanks in advance.
