Heirloom question

Hello all, I am newer to the server and I want to buy heirlooms! I noticed on the warmane online store I could only find 3 pieces.. the weapon, chest, and shoulders. Are those the only 3 available to buy with coins? If so, I found the vendor in dalaran but I do not know how to get emblems (i am only level 50). I would appreciate any input.

Ideally, id like to make a OP hunter for questing and dungeons but I may have to get to level 80 first to get emblems...

You would get emblems by killing bosses in heroic dungeons, and doing the daily random dungeon q or you could collect stone keeper shards and buying from the wintergrasp vendor while your faction owns the fortress
