Recount

Hello, I have a question about a recount. The problem is on my main toon it does not work but on my other toons do. It is checked at character screen on addons turned on, and I cleared folder at WTF<Account< Icecrown that character folder, but it still does not work. However, there is a box of recount but it does not gather any DPS data on that one particular toon. Tried reinstalling but still not work on that one toon. What might be the problem? How to fix it? is it combat log problem or smth like that?
