horde AH failed to retern gold or send item

i bid to a cardinal ruby for 300g and just before it ends the server crushed and when i loged in after the bid was no more and no item or gold on my mail. pleese take care of the mater i allredy did an in game ticket but not responce yet. first time this is hapening.

Your best bet is to wait on a ticket response or to write it in the forum "Support Q and A"
