[ANSWERED]Traded a Char

Hey Guys i buyed a Char today and when i logged in i was in Orgrimmar but there are no other Players and in front of the bank there is a Orc saying : "All Services and Shops are to remain closed until further noticed." and in front of him there is the Auctionator inkeeper and some other dealer of Orgrimmar. Does that have a reason or whats going on? Please help me :)

You are in the wrong phase. The previous owner likely was doing the Wrathgate quest chain. Since you have not provided the name of the character, create a ticket and a GameMaster will fix you up, or you can finish the quest.
