Is it within the rules to sell names for either in game currency or coins on the forum?

We don't allow marketplace ads on the forums and selling names has resulted in the characters being deleted in the past.

It should be forbidden in the market place, but ppl did this ingame for gold. Warmane saw that and added a 30 day barrier to prevent this. But a lover will buy it for gold and wait 30 days for a nice name.
