[ANSWERED]Characters on neltharion disappeared

Hello there, i had some character on neltharion before the server shutted down, and i heard that if i want i can transfer them to a wotlk realm on this server. But my characters aren't showing up on armory, but i had them, check my order hisotry i bought items for them.
